Monomers are stored in underground tanks with a combined capacity of over 140 kL, providing secure and stable storage.

We ensure safe storage year-round with continuous inhibitor monitoring, especially during prolonged summer conditions.

Automated transfer systems with precision flow meters enable seamless, low-touch movement from storage tanks to production, minimizing human intervention and enhancing reliability.

Equipped with 316 stainless steel reactors and high-torque variable-speed mixers, our acrylic shop ensures optimal shear and uniform heat distribution throughout polymerization.

Automated process control systems manage monomer feed rates, initiator dosing, temperature profiles, and agitation (RPM) with high precision, reducing variability and operator dependency.

Each stage of the polymerization process is interlocked with in-process QC validation, with lab coordination to verify conversion, viscosity, before proceeding.

Post-polymerization, emulsions are held in jacketed, temperature-controlled holding tanks (10–20 kL) under constant agitation, ensuring stability and homogeneity prior to spray drying.

With in-house capacity of up to 200MT and expanding, our warehousing setup supports growing production demands and ensures reliable storage.
